Jimmy was really helpful when I came in to take advantage of the EPP from my workplace. He stayed back 2 hours although the store closed at 5pm on a Sunday. That was the last day for the deal... So i came back on Monday and he requested the customer service so I can still get the deal on my 3 lines and It worked!!! Saving 20 each line each month. :)
